Please be advised that all registrations will be verified through our nominations list. Any names that are NOT in nomination list will be refunded if a paid membership. This will ensure only those nominated will receive Membership. Thank you for your understanding and for more membership options please see below. Members making payment will receive their Badge within 1-2 business days after the verification process and can expect to receive the plaque within 4-6 weeks.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Our goal is to have our website(s) updated within 10-14 business days with your information. Plaques delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note that an Attorney or Law Firm may accept online list inclusion without paying the Registration Fee by emailing us a request to [email protected]. However, in this case, the Attorney or Law Firm will be listed on the site only and not receive the other Membership Benefits (plaque, badge, etc.). We ask that each Attorney/Firm member strive to continually improve in their craft, strive to achieve excellence in their practice and day to day interaction with their clients to ensure the highest degree of Client Satisfaction, work to resolve any issues that may arise with clients and seek an amicable solution, and to maintain good standing in their State Bar. We also ask as part of being listed that you notify us immediately if there are anything that may effect your status of your listing. At American Institute we strive to ensure that each member and member-invite are the most qualified. If you feel that you or an member listed have been incorrectly listed, nominated, and/or see a member listed that you feel may be incorrect or that we may not have considered pertinent and/or unknown information, please email us at [email protected].
